The door to the heart is in our control. We are the masters of our experience also the commanders of our body. Remembering that all is here for us to experience and that all experiences are for our growth and expansion. We grow from our struggles, our sadness, our adversity - with each experience expand our capacity to love. Love is where we grow to. In the process of expansion we resist experiencing what does not feel good, what does not take us to a better feeling and shut off the very experience that will shift for our expansion. This blocking off and struggling create more resistance, more struggle, and more suffering, repeating problems for our body. The body is where the struggle meets the physical world. In struggle we see our tendency to protect, defend, and resist change. Change is the very experience that keeps us healthy. Change is renewing to our spirit and to the body. Creating is our purpose and this purpose supports the physical body by keeping the cells renewing in enough of a different way to continue creating stems cells and growing new pathways for healing. Along with the physical the chemical change makes us stronger and more resilient to change. We need to accept situations and circumstances that shift us as a healthy expansion and understand there is a higher purpose to everything we experience. That experience is to expand our capacity to love. Opening us up as a seed is planted in the ground must break open to grow into the full expression of its DNA - we too must break open to fully express ourselves as loving creative beings. Our love is powerful beyond our human comprehension; powerful creatures use love as a bridge between each other, as a bridge between this life and the Divine higher power and as a bridge to our Earth who;ch sustains us. Just as a plant has a lifecycle, a time to grow and a time to rest, we too have these cycles of growth and rest. Unease and unrest then peace and gratitude. This expression is in our nature, in the greater plan for our souls, our bodies, and our spirits. To be expanded and loving despite all of our experiences, stretching our capacity to love and creating more light in the heart to radiate out to the world.
